Mark Gonzalez is in contention to face Chelsea at Anfield on Saturday, Rafa Benitez has confirmed.
It was initially feared the Chilean winger would be out for three weeks after he was stretchered off with a bruised shin against Arsenal in the League Cup last Tuesday.

Bolo Zenden, Momo Sissoko, Luis Garcia and Harry Kewell remained sidelined.
