The latest round of talks regarding the takeover of Liverpool FC will take place this week after last weeks negotiations failed to bring about an agreement.
It is being suggested that John Miskelly is the favourite to take control of the club, due to his bid having been the closest to David Moores's asking price of £300 million.
American billionaire George Gillett and the Dubai Investment Corporation are still in the running, and it has emerged that the former Oxford chairman, Robin Herd, is heading a group who are also interested in buying David Moore's shares in the club.
